The academic year has now ended. We hope you have found the learning provided useful. No more learning will be updated here, but the current resources will be available for use until August 30th.
Dear Jupiter class
Sadly, after a very strange year, the time has come for you to leave Mora. I’m sorry that you missed lots of Year 6 highlights but hopefully we can catch up when all is back to normal. We have missed some of you, whilst at the same time enjoying the company of the rest of the class; at least for the last few weeks of the school year. But, now you are about to start an exciting new chapter in your life, moving on to all your different high schools.
For the last year, you have been role models for the younger members of our school and it has been heart-warming to watch you thrive, grow and learn. I hope that you will take all you have achieved in Year 6 and build on it in Year 7.
Over the years at Mora, you have achieved great things – take a moment to think about all your Mora memories! You have all been marvelous ambassadors for our school on all our trips and greeting guests to the school.
I will miss each and every one of you and remember you all fondly. I am extremely proud of all you have achieved and I know you will all reach your full potential in the future. Do let me know of your achievements!
Thinking of you all,
Ms Walker
IMPORTANT MESSAGE
Hello Jupiter,
As most of you know, I will be returning to school on Monday to organise the classrooms ready for Wednesday, when I will be welcoming some of you back to year 6. While school is open to Y6, there will not be any daily tasks set (from Monday 15th June 2020). However, I have left a folder where you can access some daily home learning activities from the BBC website and Oaklands Academy. I will also continue to set Mathletics and Activ Learn tasks every Friday evening.
I am looking forward to seeing some of your smiley faces on Wednesday. Take care of yourselves.
