It has been so hot - it's been lovely to be able to spend so much time outside! Hope you've found the same.
Hope you're also enjoying Sports Week, tomorrow will be Sports Day - whoop whoop! Get in lots of training today, you're going to need to be able to do push-ups, lunges and hold a plank position, plus a few other things which I will explain tomorrow.
