This week we read the story Oliver's Vegetables. We discussed which veggies we liked and did not like and why.
We took part in some delicious learning and made veggie pizzas! Before doing so, we prepared menus and wrote a shopping list so Miss Hillis could buy all the ingredients from the shops! We are getting so good at mark making and writing!
In phonics so far, we have learnt the sounds s a t p i n m d g. This week we have been blending cvc words e.g. sat, pin, pat, mat, dig, man, tin, nip, pit. We will be reading in no time!
