Troubleshooting Username and Password Issues
- The remote learning is offered through Microsoft teams. You should not be trying to log into the school website.
Visit www.microsoftteams.com.
Click on ‘Sign in’.
- Your child’s password is 8 characters long. If there are hashtags (#) in the password, these must be included.
- Check you are not mixing up the capital letter O or the number zero (0).
- There are no capital letters in the usernames and passwords.
