Over the last few of weeks we have read the stories Brown Bear, The Gruffalo and The Gruffalo's Child. All the children have been super engaged in these books and have enjoyed retelling and acting out the stories. We learnt a song about The Gruffalo, perhaps you could perform it at home! We have been examining animal footprints and exploring their difference in shape and size compared to our own. Perhaps you could talk about the shape and size of your feet and shoes compared to others in your family. If you go for a walk, I wonder if you spot any animal tracks in the mud!? Maybe a squirrel or fox have left some tracks for you to follow!
We are becoming super independent learners and have learnt how to make our own paint and playdough! Keep practising being independent at home by putting clothes, coats, socks and shoes on by yourself.

The EYFS Winter Workshop for Star Class will be on Monday 11th December. Please arrive at the Phase 2 gate at 2pm. If your child attends Nursery in the morning, please being your child at this time so they can participate.
